DEVELOPMENT TIMELINE
Our Work on the Project
STAGE I - COMPLETED
05/03/2019 - 12/03/2019
During this stage the development team will work on designing and implementing the controls for the player. The plan is to have a fully functioning player in a scene, with proper movement detection.
STAGE II - COMPLETED
12/03/2019 - 19/03/2019
At the end of Stage II the team will have developed enemies with working AI. The AI should locate the player and throw a knife in their direction. Knives will have 3D models and sound queues to help the player dodge/catch them.
STAGE III - COMPLETED
19/3/2019 - 02/04/2019
The team will work on finishing the core loop by adding a score manager and a timer. Testing will be essential at this stage as the main gameplay will be completed and should be smooth and without issues. Sounds will also be heavily tested as to ensure the player has a good sense of where the knives are coming from.
STAGE IV - IN PROGRESS
02/04/2019 - 16/04/2019
This will be the final stage of development. During this stage the team will make changes to the environment to better reflect the theme of the game. Changes to the lighting and additions to the ambient are to be expected. The team will also finalize any UI in the game, including the score, the timer and the main menu.
